I don't agree with Halima. We all are meant to do and be all that and more . But there is one thing which is needed...CHOICE...our choice,that is the power we possess. We are all meant to but can choose not to . Or Detoun, what is ur take i̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ this .
I quite agree with Halima to an extent and I also agree with you on the power of CHOICE which we all posses.I believe everyone in life chose success over failure but remember not everyone threads d path of success.Some people work their butts hard but aren't as successful as some of their counterparts.Reason?Most probably they are in the wrong profession.U get?
I think u three made valid points including Halima.I agree with d power of choice,Every person on this planet has the ability to succeed but like Toun said not all of them will succeed.everyone wants to succeed but not everyone takes their time to study success so they fail.Its a broad topic.we shouldn't forget luck in this case its a vital part of success too.

Well, I think the problem I have with Halima's quote is her choice of word "meant" . To me it connote "design", "predestined","set out"....Detoun,i probably wld av looked at it ur way if she had just written or used "will" . "Meant" to me is so so not acceptable. And to anon 13:19 , I'm not a fan of luck . Life is no game.
