What exactly is the relationship between nollywood and the Nigerian government?

What exactly is the point of the courtesy visits Nollywood actors, especially the female ones pay to government houses? This is really getting rampant. The courtesy visits haven't really changed anything much in the movie industry. The last movie I watched, the production was still below average. So ki lo n happen gan gan?
*good morning beautiful people*
That's Kate Henshaw and Ini Edo at the Akwa ibom state house. That's just one out of many.

  4. They are graduates looking for job now..Who do u expect to make visit to our govt..Our politicians are as unserious as our artistes too..OR Maybe they are tryna build "government drama group" or they are probably casting them for roles in a movie...but one thing I sha believe is " Nobody wants a job, we all just want money"...And the politicians have skillfully made it to look like they grow the money in their houses..

  5. Who does not want a place in government? Appointment to be commissioners Foreign ambassadors, senior special adviser, etc. They want their share of d public fund. U really don't have to work for it, u earn it maybe paying courtesy visits to who-is-who in d right position. Zizi.
